We are Baker + Justin Gold-Smith, a married pair of hospitality professionals. We met while pursuing degrees in Hotel & Restaurant Management at the University of Houston, then moved to New York City where we worked for some of the most legendary hotels in the world.
In 2015 we started Gold-Inn Hospitality, providing management and consultation services to owners of independent lodging establishments.
We help clients establish and improve systems, processes and products to prepare their property for success.
We purchased our own motel in Hot Springs, Arkansas in April 2018. After an intensive renovation that year, we reopened as the Gold-Inn Hot Springs where we lived and worked full time until 2022.
Since selling the motel, we have provided short-term relief to owner-operators, and helped new owners find permanent innkeepers. Get in touch to learn how we can help you.
